Booking Requirements

* Identity verification required to finalize booking

Check-in / Check-out

* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 10:00 AM

General Rules

* No parties or events
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
* No pets allowed ($500 fee for violations)
* No unapproved visitors

Occupancy

* Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation (includes children)

Pool & Spa

* Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
* Spa heat included (up to 102°F)
* Pool heat available for an additional fee (max 82°F)
* Rinse off sand before entering the pool or house

Safety

* Children must be supervised at all times around the pool/spa

Parking

* Maximum of 5 vehicles on the property
* No additional parking available

Cameras

* Exterior security cameras are in place for safety and compliance

Supplies

* Starter supply of consumables provided (Keurig pods, toiletries, paper goods, etc.)

Temperature Control

* AC minimum setting: 71°F (to prevent system issues)

Grill

* Park-style charcoal grill available (guests provide their own charcoal and supplies). Please note this is a self-service amenity, and we cannot guarantee cleanliness or functionality, as it is occasionally damaged.

Trash

* Bag all trash and place it on the north side (grass by the street) at checkout
* Pickup schedule:
* Trash: Monday & Thursday
* Recycling: Tuesday
* Please place trash out regardless of pickup day

Pool service is scheduled three times per week—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (weather permitting).

Lawn service is scheduled once a week (weather permitting) to help keep the property looking its best throughout your stay.
