Whether you opt for a toasted sandwich, smoothie, or a gourmet entrée, the kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, and all the cooking necessities you should need.

Adjacent to the open pass-through window sits the dining room table for four. This wooden table draws eyes as its unique shape and vintage, rolling chairs are reminiscent of the mid-century modern style. If you're kicking off vacation with a bottle of your favorite red wine, you'll find the nearby china cabinet holds plenty of drinkware for the occasion.

Before you head back into the sunshine, rest up for the upcoming fun in the well-furnished living room. The living room hosts two decadent leather couches, two reclining armchairs, and several cushioned ottomans for sitting. No matter which spot you choose, you'll find they all look onto the sweeping balcony view and the large flat-screen TV. The TV is equipped with a DVD player and a DVR so that you never miss an episode of your favorite show.

As the day draws to a close, spend the evening chatting to an ocean view on the balcony. There are enough outdoor chairs for four others to join you and a small table to hold drinks and snacks. With your favorite people, a grand view of the ocean and complex grounds, and the warm Florida breeze, you'll wish everyday ended like this.

When you're ready to retire you won't have to go far as the balcony has a private entrance into the master bedroom. Besides a cozy king bed, the room holds extra amenities such a private desk, comfy armchair, and flat-screen TV, that will make you want to linger longer. Adjoining the bedroom is the master bathroom that accommodates with a walk-in shower with a moveable showerhead, a white vanity, and plenty of bath towels.

The two others in your party will find their nighttime rest in the second bedroom. This bedroom holds two twin beds, a cushioned rocker, and a TV to drift asleep to at night. The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable, a DVD player, DVR, free wireless internet, a drip coffee maker, and an assigned parking space.
