We come to New Smyrna Beach every year, but this was by far our best trip yet thanks to this amazing house. Being right on the beach for our toddler while also having a yard for our dog to play was a dream. We barely even went down to the beach because the deck was such a perfect place to spend the day.I’m usually a little anxious arriving at rentals, wondering if the pictures will match reality, but this home exceeded expectations. It was updated, very clean, and made for an unforgettable family vacation.

I have rented several vacation homes and this is by far the absolute BEST place and experience by far. The house is not only immaculate but it has all the extras. First the house is beautiful. They spared no expense with the decor. Then it is super comfy and the kitchen is top notch. Every thing you need is there. Beds are super comfy and the bathrooms were super clean. Need a beach chair? Or two? It’s there. Need beach towels? Also there. Wanting a fabulous deck with an amazing view? AMAZING!!!! This has become my go to place. Finally to top it all off, communication is perfection. No wondering how or what to do here. Of course New Smyrna Beach is a gem and this house is close to it all, making your NSB trip perfect. We loved the deck and the view is so beautiful that we either grilled out or ordered food delivered. We were enjoying it so much that we didn’t want to leave. If I could give this house 20 stars, I would. Thank you to the owners for making this experience flawless and wonderful. A beautiful home on a beautiful beach. If you are coming to New Smyrna Beach, book this one fast. Just don’t take my next week.

This home was perfect for our long weekend. The host is responsive and attentive. The home has amazing views! The deck is beautiful and all outdoor furniture is immaculately maintained. We spent the majority of our time there. The location is perfect! It is close to restaurants and was close enough to Orlando to take our granddaughter to American Girl for her Birthday for shopping and lunch. We would definitely return to take advantage of this amazing Property and the nearby attractions. We were very thankful for the care the host put in to cleaning, especially since we had young children. We would recommend this home and look forward to returning in the future. Clean and tidy with all kitchen essentials provided. Beautiful beach; access to and from beach a bit tricky. We prefer larger family room to play games and watch movies. Mosquitoes ate us alive on back porch. Excellent safe area and neighborhood. We would return to NSB.

Lovely updated, very clean beach cottage. Beautiful deck overlooking the ocean for which we spent much time. Well appointed and stocked with all amenities one could want from beach towels, chairs, coffees & teas, toiletries, etc. The kitchen was beautifully appointed with high end appliances. Very close to all shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Pet Friendly Beach Getaway

Our stay at this cottage did not disappoint. The property is exactly as depicted, beautiful view, grounds, decor and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The only drawback for us, not being from Florida, was that we were not aware that dogs are not allowed on the beach at all. This appears to be statewide with some exceptions depending on the county or municipality. We still had a great time and enjoyed a couple great beach walks with our pup before we were made aware of this regulation. We would definitely stay here again.

This location was perfect for a teacher-friend Spring Break getaway! It was easy to rent bikes to ride along the beach, walk to restaurants, and the beach is right outside your back door! The back deck has amazing sunrises to enjoy your coffee!
