Welcome to this nicely decorated boutique condo located at Coastal Waters which offers a 1 bedroom 1 bath with full kitchen. Relax on your private ocean view balcony and enjoy spectacular sunrises, or watch the surfers catch, while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail. This Condo Cottage is perfect for a quiet beach getaway or family vacation! Offering a 1 bedroom with two queen beds. In addition, this cottage offers a full size stocked kitchen for basic meal preparation and serving and a dining area so you can enjoy some "homemade dinner" in your home away from home.

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.

The rental was very clean. Easy check in and out process and great for a short stay. If staying for a longer period there are not a lot of kitchen utensils, pans, etc for cooking- but it will get you by for sure! The beds were very comfortable!

We had a very good stay and loved the pool and beach access. It was quiet and relaxing. In the condo the concerns were the keyless entry was not working, and the key box was very hard to access. There were little bugs in the kitchen on the counter that looked like sugar ants. The bedroom needs a black out curtain on the window so guests can get rest. Overall enjoyed the location but think the condo could use some upgrades.

Schlechte Ausstattung der KĂŒche, Teilweise defekte Einrichtung aber.....Klimaanlage war Gut.Mann könnte noch vieles aus der Wohnung machen wenn man etwas investiert.

Great location! Free Parking available across the 5-lane street. The description says “sofa bed” but the sofa did not pullout into a bed and there weren’t any linens for it. Also, the description says “toilet paper and shampoo”. There were 5 sheets of TP on the only roll and no shampoo.

Not what we expected

The host was very nice and even let us check in 30 minutes early. The living space was cute, but the bedroom was very hot and when we turned the window unit down it made a constant horrible loud noise. The remote to the bedroom tv was no where to be found. There was also no complementary travel soaps and the hand soap in the bathroom was pretty much empty. The wall the shower is attached to it’s cracking and coming off, the bathroom wall and door has the paint chipping off and the floors were dirty. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Kinda wish we had just stayed at a hotel for that price. Again no complaints with the ease of check in and communication with the host.

Disappointing to say the least

The whole property seems to be in a state of disrepair, and the unit was a huge disappointment. Especially for the price. Not the Coastal Waters of years ago. Now seems best suited for high school/college kids on spring break. Definitely not for a family there for a family member's memorial service. Really surprised it is even a VRBO offering.

As depicted on pics; building is old; keurig had no pods nor coffee cups; shower was unfinished and no pressure; fridge was tiny and needed to be defrosted; did have beach stuff (only 1 beach towel), and pool looked nice and well maintained. Beach location was perfect.

A fine stay

We stayed here knowing we wouldn’t be in the apartment too often because of work. But it has great beach access and it’s our 3rd time staying here and we don’t have any complaints administratively. The rooms are certainly outdated and not maintained well, but it was fine for a work stay.

Not worth the money

Location was great. Pool area was nice. Property overall has been neglected and needs attention. Condo unit has mold in all of the cabinets and the unit needs to be cleaned better in between stays. Floor was dirty and sandy upon arrival. Condo was rough around the edges and could use some finish work. Door lock mechanism didn’t work each time. Overall not worth what we paid.

It was as pictured.. towels needed to be newer and it would have been great to gave some soap/ shampoo in bathroom.. There was a strong odor of mold..
