Perfect for large families

Very well equipped with beach toys, kitchen items, beach towels, garage and washer dryer. Spacious and great deck with outdoor seating. We had eight people but didn’t feel we were on top of each other. Beautiful!

Perfect Ocean View

This was our 2nd time staying at this unit and I can't wait to come back again! The deck offers such a perfect view of the ocean and has a lovely shady palm tree. The ocean and pool are just steps away. This unit has everything you could need, especially for families with kids. Plenty of beach and pool toys!

Amazing

More spacious than we anticipated, we have a special needs daughter and there was plenty of room for all of her equipment, the access to the beach was fantastic, the deck was relaxing. It was the perfect place to getaway from the craziness in the world.

We have stayed here several times..........it is perfect for our family. We lined the tennis courts (temporarily) and played pickleball every morning , in addition to beach and pool time.!

Best family vacation!!

My family of 10 had one of the best vacations, EVER, in Sea Dunes A2. From the moment we stepped into the condo, onto the deck and then the soft white sand of beautiful NSB....we knew we struck gold!! We had NO complaints. The condo is furnished comfortably, has everything possible in the kitchen, along with sand toys, chairs and towels for outdoor activities. We're BIG on laundry so the washer/dryer in the garage was key to our happiness! Having April weather for the first of the new year was icing on the cake! We will be back! The only way to get closer to the ocean is with a skim board !

New Smyrna Beach at it's finest. Private and convenient. The owner has done an excellent job of outfitting this wonderful pecky cypress interior townhome. Our one week of May had its incredible view, beach breezes from the screen door to the deck, amazing skies, and the constant din of our precious ocean. Thanks Jules....Nice Job.

Great location, wonderful views, immaculate property

This is a comfortable, oceanfront property with everything necessary for a great beachside vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked, there are lots of games for rainy days, and lots of beach toys for sunny days. There were only 4 in our group so we didn't take advantage of the loft, but it would be perfect for families with younger kids. The deck is oversized with lots of patio furniture, making for a relaxing environment if you don't want to get sandy. Beach access is right off the deck, and so is the outside shower. Beautiful quiet beach location perfect for sunrises and shell collection. Close to Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Speedway, Orlando theme parks, Blue Spring where Manatees winter, nice restaurants and much more. We'll be back next year!

Possibly one of the best values in New Smyrna Beach!

This property is located "on the beach". It is in great shape in a great location and the owner is a pleasure to work with. I have rented numerous other properties up and down the beach and this property is our favorite. If it meets you sleeping accommodation needs you should grab it! Cheers.
