Come and watch the sunrise at one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Florida. New Smyrna Beach and the river offers glimpses of Manatees with their calfs, Dolphins and all different types of birds including the American Bald Eagle.
The home is steps away to the beach and also the old cozy main street Flagler Ave. With all of its small shops, local artists, restaurants, ice cream stores, beach buggy and bike rentals.
This area is what Florida used to be. Not a lot of cement high rises. Just a plain sweet small city with lots of natural beauty and conservation land.
This newly, fully furnished, renovated house has beautiful golden, beige limestone throughout. Everything in the home is new including all the utilities.
The open kitchen seats 6-8 people comfortably. If you love to cook there is plenty of counter space and a built-in limestone second kitchen table.
The kitchen opens into the living room. The large living room has a view of palm trees. Along with a 48" Samsung HDTV, DVD player, and High-Speed Wireless Internet. The couch is also large and comfortable enough to be used as a sleeper.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a reading corner to relax or just daydream after a day at the beach.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, the 3rd bedroom has a day bed with 2 twins.
The house has 2 full bathrooms and 1 outside shower.

The backside of the house is landscaped very tropical and has a private Jacuzzi and a grill for barbecuing, or also just relaxing at home.
It is also fenced in incase you want to bring your 4-legged kid. No worries, please just ask. New Smyrna is very pet friendly and there are enough places to take your dog for nice long walks and even some restaurants.
The house also has a private garage. and an outside extra enclosed shower to wash the sand off after the beach.
