Spend your New Smyrna Beach vacation in the cute, family-friendly Barefoot Bungalow! A 3-bedroom 2-bath house right across the street from the crashing waves and warm sand. In addition to being right by the ocean, you and yours will love how it is only a 6-minute walk from restaurants, bars, and shopping on Flagler Avenue. Upon walking in you'll be welcomed by the home's bright interior full of white, teal, and wood accents. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and more. Tucked beneath the island are a Full-Size Washer and Dryer. From the living room your cozy spot, you'll also have a full view of the backyard. The backyard is fenced-in and provides children with a safe outdoor space to play. At the end of each beach-filled day, you'll be more than ready to retire to the primary bedroom. This bedroom holds a queen bed and looks directly onto the ocean horizon. We recommend waking up early to watch the ocean sunrise from the bedroom's private 2nd-floor balcony! The nearby bathroom is beautifully updated and provides guests with a standard bathtub. The second and third bedrooms each provide a TV and sleep two guests with their respective queen beds and twin beds. The bedrooms share a bathroom that has a shower. Excellent Location, Smaller Size House

This house was very close to the beach, and the backyard was great. We had three adults and a two-year-old staying at the house, and it was a little tight upstairs. I think if there had been one more adult, it would have felt very cramped. There was a minimal number of towels, so be prepared to do a load of laundry every day. Overall, it was worth the stay for the location and the pool, but be ready to bring every single thing you need, such as beach towels, toilet paper, and hand soap.

memorial day weekend

new smyrna is always a blast. we go every year same weekend! just needed a bigger place to stay since our family is growing. plenty of room in this house with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms! big backyard with a gorgeous pool. the front bedroom (master) is very hot though since the ceiling fan isn’t working up to speed. we would definitely rent again!

Barefoot Bungalow is Wonderful

The home was well furnished & actually had more than we expected, with beach chairs, & beach towels, & boogie boards. We were a couple of blocks from Flagler Ave. restaurants & shops. The beach was right across the street, with close access. The salt water pool was wonderful! I definitely recommend Barefoot Bungalow for your next trip to New Smyrna Beach!

Can’t wait to go back!

This house is in the perfect location, steps away from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Close to everything! Private pool in the back to cool off after the beach. The beach is huge, gorgeous fine white sand. Also, you can drive a vehicle or rented golf cart on the beach which means you can easily bring ALL the beach stuff and people aren’t packed in like sardines. House is clean, cute, and updated. We had a few palms fronds down from the recent storm and they came right out to clean them up for us. The area is safe and the road in front was not busy at all. We felt safe and comfortable letting our young teens explore on their own. 10/10!

Reunion

Came to visit my son and fiancé. Found house,had all instructions with excellent communication. . Darling costal interior completely filled with everything you need except for bath products. Could use shampoo and nice soap offered. Comfortable beds and linens. Very comfortable house and 1 min walk to beach!!! Great location!!!! Huge house being built next door was not mentioned so construction was going on. Had a pretty little pool. We did not use it. Pool pump was so very loud so did not sit outside in back. Beautiful beaches despite a lot of rain and welcoming home to come back to! Great stay.
