* **Pet-Friendly:** We welcome up to two pets total (dogs or cats) as part of your furry family. All pets must be added to the reservation when booking. Please ensure pets are potty trained and well-behaved. Pets must be cleaned up after. We’re excited to have you and your pets enjoy Phoenix!

*The Phoenix Union Station railroad is located just across the street on Grand Ave. Trains pass by frequently, which adds a bit of local character to the area.*

• Refrigerator waterline is disconnected at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience but there is a water dispenser in the kitchen to enjoy cold H2O

• Due to the Phoenix extreme heat, the indoor and outdoor fireplace will not be in use during this time

• Lost and found: $50 handling fee for items left behind plus shipping cost within 7 days of your check out
