This former working farm, dating back to the 1800s with an elegant extension added in the early 1900s, offers generous accommodation and breathtaking sea views over Cardigan Bay.
Surrounded by fields and woodland, Panteg is the perfect Welsh coast getaway.
Inside the Property:
The main lounge, with its high ceilings and cast-iron fireplace, offers stunning views of the coastline. The dining room is an inviting space for family meals, while the separate snug exudes warmth and character with its wood-panelled walls and wood-burning stove.
The newly renovated kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring bespoke cabinetry, integrated appliances, a range oven, and a traditional Aga.
Above the kitchen accessed by narrow wooded stairs is a cosy double bedroom with its own bathroom, perfect for guests or as a private retreat.
Upstairs:
The main part of the house is accessed by two staircases and features five large bedrooms, all with stunning sea views, along with a single bedroom. These rooms share a family bathroom and a separate shower room, offering plenty of space and comfort for family or group stays.

Directions
Panteg is situated in off the A486 at Maenygroes between Cross Inn and New
Quay.
Just after the MaenygroesVillage sign (heading towards New Quay)
on your right you will see a white bungalow.
By this bungalow is a white stone, on the roadside, marking the turning onto a
Bridle way track.
Turn right onto the track (the track is before the entrance to Ocean Heights
holiday Park)
The track leads directly to Panteg.
Once you pass the old terracotta coloured gate posts you are half way there.
There is amble parking at Panteg in various places.
