Upstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and in-room laundry facilities, along with a full-sized dining table featuring luxurious booth seating. 

The spacious lounge area includes a 50-inch TV with over 50 Sky channels, and there’s a master bedroom on this level with a 42-inch TV and Sky access. 

Downstairs, you’ll discover a beautifully designed bathroom featuring a tiled shower and a luxurious spa bath, as well as two additional bedrooms, each with its own 42-inch TV. 

The beds can be configured as super kings or singles (please request the singles and sofa bed at least 48 hours prior to your stay). 

A sofa bed allows for a maximum occupancy of 6 adults, or 8 including children. Additional perks include off-street parking, unlimited WiFi, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. 

Next door, you’ll find Home Love & Mette K, a charming home interior store with great coffee. Start your morning with breakfast at The Coffee Club, enjoy a swim at Fitzroy Beach, or explore the award-winning Coastal Walkway. 

In the evening, treat yourself to a cocktail and antipasto platter at Vin Bar, right across the street.

Guest numbers can be adjusted right up until your arrival date. 

All Mellow Management properties come stocked with essentials such as coffee, tea, milk, cooking oil, salt, pepper, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. 

The apartment has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, but if you need a hairdryer, please bring your own as it’s not provided. 

Just a reminder, all our properties are strictly for accommodation purposes—no parties or gatherings are permitted.

Spare Bed Use:

If you require use of the spare bed during your stay, a $50 fee will apply. Please let us know in advance if you would like the spare bed prepared.
