The Ocean Outlook is a stunning coastal holiday home located in a prime tourist hot spot, just a two-minute stroll from the beautiful Fitzroy swimming beach. With easy access to the Scenic Coastal Walkway, guests can enjoy swimming, surfing, and windsurfing at the nearby beaches. The Coastal Walkway connects you to a vibrant area filled with arts, culture, and shopping.



Elevated to capture all-day sun and breathtaking blue water views, this property combines quality with total comfort. The soft beachy vibe creates a relaxing atmosphere. The open-plan living area flows out to a sun-drenched deck, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine while watching local surfers. Alternatively, you can stroll down to the beach in summer for a coffee at one of the pop-up spots along the walkway.
