Youâre at the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and St. Charles Avenue, one of the most iconic corridors in New Orleans. This spot makes it easy to enjoy both sides of the cityâUptown charm (Garden District vibes, historic homes, cafĂ©s, and restaurants) and quick access to Downtown and the French Quarter. With the St. Charles streetcar line right outside, youâre perfectly positioned for festival weekends, museum days, and nights out without needing to plan your whole trip around driving. The area is typically quiet at night, and we havenât had issues with guests during stays. As with any city, we recommend standard smart-traveler habitsâstay aware of your surroundings, keep valuables out of sight, and use a rideshare if youâre heading home late or walking alone.

Getting around from here is easy because the St. Charles streetcar stop is right on the corner. Itâs a fun, scenic way to travelâride it toward Canal Street (about 15 minutes), which puts you right at the edge of the French Quarter. If you want the fastest door-to-door option, Uber/Lyft is typically about 7 minutes to the French Quarter and is usually the most convenient choice at night. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver of $53.50 USD, that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit of $500 USD, held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
Before arrival, guests must sign a rental agreement, submit identification, and provide contact details in order to receive the boarding pass with check-in instructions and property information. We may request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest on the reservation. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance, as terms and pricing may vary.
As much we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets in our rooms. We cannot host guests arriving with pets.
