Conveniently situated in the CBD this spacious retreat is a great location, just a short walk to the French Quarter! Step into a bright living space and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing or whipping up a quick meal. With comfortable bedrooms for peaceful nights, our central location puts the city's attractions within easy reach. Immerse yourself in New Orleans' lively culture and diverse dining options, all just a stroll away.

The space is great if traveling with family, friends, or any type of group. The space offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table and living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. . Two of the bathrooms offer a shower only and the other bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. The living room offers a 65” TV and the bedrooms have a 55" TV, all with streaming abilities. Each unit has a stacked washer and dryer and clothing steamer for use during your stay as well.

The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the property. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. This area is designated as non-smoking.

We have a designated vaping area located on the 9th floor of the building. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited in our units and will set off our state-of-the-art smoke alarm system.

The Eleanor New Orleans Vacation Rentals are located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave featuring 31 units that are 3-6 bedrooms and range from 1,178-1,959 sq ft. We are a locally owned and operated hotel in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Avenue. Our arrival process is contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.

While our vacation rental does not offer parking, there are two public parking facilities conveniently located directly below the property. Rates are generally $20-30/24 hours (but will increase during special events and festivals). The two parking options are located just below our property. Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 and has a height clearance of 6’4”. The other option, ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot), is also directly behind our building for overflow or oversized vehicles.

Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY) – 14.4 miles (approx. 20 minutes without traffic) – There are many Uber/Lyft/Taxi cabs at the airport that are readily available to bring you downtown.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $135/stay (max 2 included). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there is also a grassy park located across the street from our units. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to bring a pet.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $300 for a 12pm arrival or $200 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $200 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

We only require light cleaning prior to departure – taking out garbage and washing any dirty dishes. All linen is professionally laundered between guests.

Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement link will be sent to you immediately after booking.

You will have private access to your unit. The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the building and is designated as a non-smoking area. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk.

We are located above a separately owned parking garage with a second surface lot just to the rear of our building. Their prices are generally $20-$30/24 hours (unless you’re coming over a special event or festival). The garage is Park First Saratoga Garage #1025. And the surface lot is ParkMobile Zone 50408.

We enjoyed our stay at the Eleanor and would consider staying there again. Lily was super helpful throughout our stay. we stayed in unit 804. It was clean and comfortable. The size of the unit accommodated our group of 5 nicely and we didn’t feel crowded.

We were there for jazz fest, so having the bus stop right out front made getting there and back each day very easy! The unit was secure, quiet and had all of the basics we needed. Having separate bathrooms was a big plus. Would stay there again.

Close to everything and a great value

We stayed here for a conference but loved how close we were to the French Quarter as well. Directly beside a bus depot which meant getting to and from the airport was super simple as well. The rooftop pool area was also really lovely.

Great location

We had a great time in NOLA and loved that the condo was in an excellent location, easy access to everything, and every room was en suite with a full bathroom. The only real issue we had with her is that there are no luggage racks, dressers, or closets. Your luggage and belongings sit on the ground your entire stay. Otherwise we had a great time and would return to this area.

Very nice unit, very clean. No street noise in BRs because windows only in living room. No bench to put suitcases, could have used luggage racks. Only 2 coffee K cups; Rouse's grocery store is 10 min walk.

First trip to New Orleans

A good stay for three adult couples. Easy access to the city and surrounding areas. Spacious common areas and functional kitchen. It is a 3 bedroom unit, with each having an attractive bath. 2 of the 3 beds were comfortable the 3rd, not so much. None of the bedrooms had windows. None of the bedrooms had a dresser or a luggage rack, so suitcases were just laid on the floor. There are no draperies on the lone/large living area window. Heating ventilation was excellent. Excellent communication with the property manager. Signage for the property was obscure and hard to find upon first arrival.
