Let this villa charm you during your stay in New Orleans. With 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms across two floors and 3600 square feet, there is plenty of room to stay with your closest friends & family. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with ample living and outdoor space. With a large chef's kitchen, seating for up to 10 and a breakfast bar, this is the perfect place to entertain meals at home. Backyard pool area features stunning brick, lush greenery and a private heated pool and hot tub.
The Space:
Originally built in 1908 and fully renovated this year, we are so proud to offer this home to guests. The charm and character of the South is palpable when walking through the house with restored original hardwood floors and exposed fireplaces. Natural light pours in and reflects on the tall ceilings and beautiful antique finishes throughout.
â Each bedroom has a Casper mattress, extra pillows, and a plush down comforter for a good nightâs sleep
â Smart TVs in each bedroom
â Reference floor plan for accurate bedroom configuration
â 6 .5 bathrooms with four large soaking tubs
â Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet and central air conditioning

The Neighborhood:
The house is conveniently located central to all the attractions in New Orleans. A five-minute walk to downtown, 10 minute car ride to the French Quarter and walking distance to many local restaurants and shops, you can properly enjoy the city. We are located three blocks from the famous Saint Charles Streetcar which can take you all the way from Audubon Park & Zoo to the French Quarter.
Getting Around:
The area is walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops, however, taxis and ride shares are also a great way to get around. This home is 2 blocks from the St. Charles historic trolley that can be a fun way of getting around all the way from Audubon Park to the other side of the French Quarter. Should you be traveling with a car, this house has two gated parking spaces and plenty of street parking around the city.
