Venerable performance venues include the Orpheum and Saenger theaters, staging concerts and musicals. There’s upscale shopping in the South Market District and on palm-lined Canal Street, the latter of which is also home to the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and a casino. Public Transit:
The St. Charles Streetcar line passes in front of the building and the Canal St. Streetcar line is just 4 blocks away and will take you to almost all places in the city you'd need to be for $1.25/ride per person or $3 for a day pass.

Driving:
There are parking lots nearby that vary in price from $15-35/night depending on how far you're willing to park/walk but with everything in walking distance or a quick streetcar ride away we don't suggest bringing a car to the CBD! Street parking is available but not guaranteed, when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere to city and state laws.

Ride-Sharing:
Uber/Lyft are readily available in the area.

When not occupied by guests, the property is the full time residence of the owner. Space is sanitized and cleaned prior to each check in.
