Our property is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await.



All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Euterpey streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

We appreciated the cleanliness and the large unit for our extended family of 15 while staying in New Orleans. Ample space for everyone to hang out together. The building was incredibly close to all of the tourist areas that we were wanting to see. Street parking for all three vehicles was never a problem. We felt safe when coming and going from the rental, even at night. Being in an urban environment, we anticipated noise and the two rooms on street side were very noisy throughout the night. It did take a while for cold water to reach a few of the showers, so I did feel a little guilty about all of the wasted water. We were fortunate with the first few nights of not having upstairs neighbors so it was quiet for us, however the last night, people arrived and you could hear every footstep and chair scrape across the floor, but not a problem if you don't mind that.

Great house, so many rooms and great layout. We had one issue with A/C and our host immediately got maintenance crew over and fixed issue!!! Host was very responsive on every question we had. We had 14 people and still wasn’t on top of each other great location for large number of people staying.

Great layout for a big group!

Comfortable beds, great location few blocks away from restaurants and nightlife. Excellent sized rooms, big bathrooms, large living room for all 14 of us to hang out and well stocked kitchen. Parking was ample out front. Shared pool area is accessed by walking down a flight of stairs.

Great stay for a large family

This was a wonderful property with 9 bedrooms. The property was beautiful and clean with views of the city. The neighborhood was a little questionable down the street but we felt very safe at our property because it took 2 sets of doors and 2 codes into get to our unit. We had a few issues such as the air conditioning going out on one side of the unit and there not being any pack and plays available as it was mentioned that there would be some available on the listing. However, the owners was very responsive and brought over temporary air conditioning the next morning. They also gave us access to some pack and plays. I really have to praise the owners and their responsiveness and friendliness. Also, check out process was a breeze. We didn't have to do all the steps such as washing the towels, taking sheets off bed, etc. We were able to just gather our belongings and leave! Thank you for the great stay!
