Charming and spacious 4-bedroom house located in the heart of one of the most up-and-coming neighborhoods of New Orleans. This recently-remodeled house on famously Tchoupitoulas Street offers beautiful wall art throughout the space, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and amazing architectural details unique to New Orleans. You will also have access to a spacious and fenced backyard with a beautiful patio with furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour.

This singe-level house by Hosteeva with a spacious layout and historic architectural details comes with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen. If you are planning for a family reunion, this place is ideal as it gives privacy for everyone in your group, yet provides enough space for a gathering and lively conversations.

This house comes with many amenities that add a luxurious touch to your stay. All bedrooms feature smart TVs. The main room smart TV is 55 inches and has a soundbar that can play Bluetooth from your smartphone. Enjoy a spa-like atmosphere with continuous hot water for showers from a tankless water heater. Central air and heat, insulated, ceiling fans throughout.

Famous late-night bars such as Tipitina’s, F&M’s, and Le Bon Ton are all within walking distance, as are countless restaurants and shops. If all that sounds like too much, order in and put your feet up on the private back patio and a fenced backyard.

House rules
‱ NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
‱ Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
‱ Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
‱ Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
‱ State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
‱ No parties or events
‱ Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
‱ House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
‱ For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
‱ Pets are limited to cats, caged birds, and non-aggressive breeds of dogs. (aggressive breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Husky, Akita, Bulldogs, German Shephard, and Bull terrier).
Maximum 2 (two) pets per property.
Guests are responsible for all damages to property and people which may be caused by the pet.
The maximum size of the pet is 50 lbs.
For one pet guests should pay a $125 pet cleaning fee+ tax. For 2 pets total of $195+ tax.
Pets inside the properties must be kept clean and sanitary all the time.
The guest should inform about pets right after the reservation. Any violation of Pet policy will incur up to a $500 fine, plus the cost to recover or clean the property.
Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property.

Thank you for such a perfect experience. The house was exactly what we needed. We loved that Cherry Coffee Roasters and La Boulangerie were so close to the house, as well as excellent restaurants such as Commanders Palace and Atchafalaya.

Girls trip

My sister and I stayed with two teenage girls and had plenty of room, and most importantly felt safe. The home was comfortable with quality linens and comfy beds. The upgraded bathroom gave a luxurious feel. Centrally located and close to shops and restaurants on Magazine St. We look forward to staying again.

House was very nice. Good neighborhood, close to grocery stores. Set up of house was good. Overall most of our group was very happy with the accommodation. My sister and sister in law are clean freaks and were unhappy with the cleanliness. There was some things that could have been dusted a litte better and a good mopping. I personally thought it was as good as being at my own home.

Overall the property was nice, however, we did have a few issues. The dishwasher was broken and was not fixed until the last day. One of the TV remotes was missing. The top step for the secondary door was very loose. The grill was unusable, and one of the backyard flood lights was out. The house was just as advertised but on a busy street. It was noisy at night and crossing the street was dangerous at times.

We came into town for our daughter’s law school graduation. The house was very nice and a great location for us. The house was very clean, well stocked, beds were very comfortable. Great backyard for morning coffee. There were no dish towels, but that was not a huge issue. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay with dogs

The property was very nicely decorated, clean, and convenient. Even though it was on a busy street, the fenced in back yard with green space was an oasis. The neighborhood was great with a dog park and coffee shop only a blocks away. We walked our dogs two times a day and found the neighborhood safe and friendly.

The property was very nice & clean and the decor was beautiful. It was convenient for all the things we wanted to do in both Uptown and Downtown. Plenty of space for our family of 8 to spread out - we really enjoyed it. Parking on the street was easy.

Wonderful space
