This property abounds with special amenities, including a splash of tech enabled features, including networked wifi routers (with reliable hi-speeds), USB plugs throughout, flatscreen TV's in the living room and bedrooms, washer and dryer in-unit, and colorful art (and pieces collected during the parades) that is sure to catch your eye.

Make your way outside to your private, fully fenced, and well manicured backyard area, with dining options, lounging, and a swim spa (plunge pool/hot tub combo) with a swim up bar ledge.

Our bright and open space is the perfect setting for a mid-sized group or family looking to take in the ultimate New Orleans experience. This modern home can sleep up to 6 guests - Ideal for families or mid-size groups. Each bedroom features plush linens and bedding, as well as cloud like mattresses. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed with TV, vanity, full en suite bath
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed with TV, vanity
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed with TV, vanity
Common Area: 1 Full bath

Step outside into your backyard oasis, wrapped in soft outdoor lighting that automatically comes on at dusk. Our fully fenced in backyard means top security for you and your guests. Bring the outside elements in and enjoy a good nights sleep with the french doors open, but be sure to close the screen door to keep the bugs out!

From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.

Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.

**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. **

- We can’t guarantee to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs so please plan accordingly! If it's possible to accommodate you, we can for a fee. Please send us a message. If you need early full access please consider renting the night before as well. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

- All inhabitants of the house must be on the reservation

- Smoking inside of the unit is PROHIBITED and subject to a $500 fine if found to have violated this rule. Additionally, please do not bring butts or roaches into the house.

-Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.

- Absolutely no guest packages are to be delivered to the house

- No parties, please. Failure to abide by this rule will potentially result in loss of security deposit and subject to an additional fine up to $1,000. As of May 2022, all platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from the platform.

- Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

SWIM SPA
Swim spa rules are included as the final photo in this listing and also as a sign on the swim spa. By using the swim spa, you agree to follow these rules.
Please note: Houses in New Orleans are very close together so it is extremely important to limit noise outside so our neighbors will not be disturbed. We appreciate your cooperation. Should there be noise complaints, you will initially be warned. Further complaints could result in you losing access to the swim spa or being asked to leave the property.

-All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.

- RVs / Campers / Trailers are not allowed on the premises.

- External power outlets can not be hooked up to the property under any circumstance.

-Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it's possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested after your additional time has been approved. Thank you.
