The Space:

This spacious and inviting home features five bright, private bedrooms and four full bathrooms, spread across two levels for added privacy. Each floor mirrors the other, with three bedrooms and two baths up, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms down, connected by a stylish internal staircase–no need to step outside. Whether you're cooking in the chef's kitchen, laughing together in the cozy living rooms, or grilling in the tropical backyard with your group, this home is designed to make your stay both relaxing and fun.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire house and fenced yard, including the front porch and patio with parking for four cars and the tranquil back yard.



You will have the whole property to yourself, including control over the thermostat.



But we're available 24/7 and can get over there quickly if you need anything or just want to meet us!



Other Things to Note:

**Pool**



We're happy to offer the cowboy pool—perfect for cooling off in the New Orleans heat! To help keep it clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple rules:



Use at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.



Children under 15 must be supervised at all times.



Always put the cover back on when you're done using the pool.



The chlorine float must stay in the pool with the grate closed—this keeps the water clean.

→ If the float is removed or the cover left off, a guest charge may apply for cleaning.



The filter runs automatically at night. It’s normal for it to be quiet during the day.



A net is provided for you to skim any leaves or debris—thank you!



Please keep the yard gate closed and locked at all times.



Let us know right away if you notice anything unusual (like damage or low water level).
