- No Rearranging Furniture: Please do no rearrange the furniture. It is arranged for the convenience and comfort of all guests.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the house. Please make arrangements for your pets before your stay.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors and other occupants.

We have a strict policy regarding our properties. If you break any of the rules above, we will ask you to leave without refund.

Fabulous stay

Wonderful property and a great location - walkable to many restaurants and bars. Rouse’s grocery just at the corner. Was perfect for us and our adult daughters and family. Communication was terrific as well. We made breakfast in every day and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Luxury for a Group

Outstanding property! We traveled with 4 couples. From the moment we walked into the building we knew we picked the right property. The smell in the entrance was wonderful. We took an elevator to the top floor and what a well decorated and beautiful space! Everything you need for a weekend stay was there including some coffee, water and soda in the fridge upon arrival. Everyone had their own room and en suite. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. The balcony is huge and we enjoyed cocktails outside before dinner. Very comfortable sectional and chairs to relax in between walking garden district, bourbon street and French town. The hosts sent us a long list of recommended places to eat and drink. Walkable to most of the popular places but a quick uber if you aren’t up for walking. Cute grocery only a block away and coffee/bakery across from penthouse. We had a fantastic stay and will be back again!

Wonderful Accommodation and a Great Host!

We had a fantastic 5 night stay with 4 couples in this private, high end property. Plenty of space and a well appointed kitchen. Good location with French Quarter and Garden District only a 10 minute walk away. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

Lux relaxing for Renee

Centrally located the penthouse had a 10 mins walk to where we wanted to go. It was clean, comfortable, and has excellent amenities. We had a great time in the BIG EASY. Brittanie and Gerard Breaux were superb hosts and communicated within minutes with answers. I highly recommend everyone to book here.
