The professionally designed spaces offer open-concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces perfect for entertaining.

The Space:
This listing is for the entirety of the Inn with the exception of the Innkeeper’s suite. There is an innkeeper onsite to address guest needs and improve guest experience. Please note this stay is a light touch experience and does not include breakfast or other amenities typically included in a bed & breakfast.

This property requires a couple of steps from the street level to access the front door. There are stairs to access the additional floors of the property. There are 3 bedrooms that are only accessible from the balcony or from the second floor of the inn.

The Neighborhood:
Located on famous, oak-shaded Magazine Street in the Garden District, renowned for its unique shopping experience down several miles of boutique stores, bars and restaurants, you’ll find yourself on the doorstep of New Orleans’s finest hot spots. Boasting the best antique and thrift shopping in the city, the district also offers incredible jazz venues, delicious mom and pop eateries, and institutions like the home of "Interview with a Vampire" author Anne Rice. You are a short walk to the historic Layfayette cemetery and famed Commander’s Palace, a fine-dining creole restaurant that has become a New Orleans institution.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, Uber, or taxi. The French Quarter is a short taxi/Uber. The number 11 bus also runs every 20 minutes directly to the Quarter.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.

BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
–We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Property was exactly as described/pictured online if not better! Was plenty spacious for our family of 20. The property management team was so helpful and responded to any issues we had super quickly and was also very accommodating of our flight times for check in/check out. Also the location can’t be beat. Within walking distance from the French quarter. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
