Guest Access:

After your rental agreement is finalized with an e-signature, you will receive your personal door code via email 30 days prior to your arrival. The code will grant you access to the property at 4:00 PM on your arrival date and will remain valid until check-out at 11:00 AM on your departure day.

✔ Security cameras are located in all exterior and common areas including stairwells, elevators, and hallways.

✔ No cameras are installed inside any suites.

✔ Each suite has internal monitoring sensors to track temperature, humidity, noise, vapor, and THC levels as required by city permit regulations. These devices do not record audio.
