Cette superbe propriété dispose de "5" super chambres spacieuses, la plupart ont un grand canapé aussi!

Notre permis de location à court terme de la Nouvelle-Orléans autorise un maximum de «5» ** chambres et 10 invités **. Nous avons aussi d'autres propriétés.

Il y a 5 salles de bains complètes, 3 sont dans les chambres et les 2 autres sont partagés quelques marches dans le couloir. La demi-bain est dans la cuisine / salon pour la commodité du groupe.

Cette unité de plus de 4000 pieds carrés est parfaite pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes de 10 personnes.

Nous avons accueilli de nombreux groupes d’affaires en ville pour des congrès. C'est une belle promenade du centre des congrès et du Superdome & Smoothie King Center.

ENTIÈREMENT RÉNOVÉ - cuisine gastronomique bien fournie avec table à manger et îlot en granit - nombreux sièges, grand salon en cuir et plusieurs sièges pour le groupe, 5 chambres King (une avec 2 lits jumeaux) et une avec 2 reines.
Il y a 5 salles de bain complètes, 3 salle de bains et une demi-salle de bain de la cuisine.

C'est une alternative fantastique à un hôtel du centre-ville.
Situé dans une propriété historique sur la ligne de tramway de l'avenue St Charles, mondialement connue, vous serez au centre-ville à quelques minutes à pied des meilleures attractions de la Nouvelle-Orléans: WW2 Museum, Ogden Museum of Southern Art, French Quarter , l’Aquarium des Amériques, les boutiques de Canal Place.

Marchez 4 rues jusqu'à la gare Amtrak. Marchez trois pâtés de maisons jusqu'à Lee Circle, où les meilleurs défilés de Mardi Gras se déroulent en ville. Les gens attendent des heures et gardent une place sur cette route, mais vous aurez tout le confort d'un chez-soi à un pâté de maisons de la route.

Fantastic home base in the Arts District for a long weekend in New Orleans. Plenty of extra space for our group of 8, lots of character, fun decor, comfortable rooms, very helpful host. Great brunch spot next door, streetcar rolling by outside, short walk from anything downtown. Highly recommended.

Great place with a terrific host

Loved the place; it's extremely spacious and well kept. Gary was more than accommodating throughout the process and even allowed us to stay after checkout since our flight was delayed. The location is very strong, only about 15 minutes from Bourbon street and near several brunch places and grocery stores. Nothing but positive things to say.

PERFECT for a big group

Gary's place is amazing. Perfectly set up for a big group of "grown ups" - space to hang out together and also to escape into your own room if you want - close/walkable to most everything and everybody loved hopping on and off the street car for longer trips. Would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for everything!

Great accommodations and location

Our host was a magnificent communicator and did everything he could do to accommodate our needs. I would absolutely rent from them again. It was far enough from the French quarter to be out of all the chaos and close enough to be able to enjoy it with a short walk or trolley ride that goes right by the front door. Eat breakfast at flamingo Agogo if you’re looking for a great bottomless brunch. It’s right around the corner

Amazing

The PERFECT property for a large group. Location was great, the setup was perfect. Each bedroom was far enough away from each other that a large group never felt on top of each other. And the common space was plenty big for all of us to be able to hang out. The owner Gary was awesome, helpful and totally trustworthy and professional. Stop debating and book it!

Work trip

Our hotel canceled last minute days before a work conference. Host, Gary responded to inquire within an hour and answered all our questions. We booked quickly and very happy we did. The space housed 7 of us extremely comfortable and had more space/beds than we needed. Gary provided great recommendations of area attractions and restaurants, he was great to work with. This location was ideal, close to everything and walkable to the action without being in the middle; a nice neighborhood feel. Would highly recommend this property!

We had a great experience staying in this beautiful and unique rental during our trip to New Orleans

I initially selected this property as part of planning a group trip to visit New Orleans. The things that attracted me to the rental was the large amount of space, the eclectic decor, and the good location. Upon arrival it was clear we had made a great choice. The rental is located along the streetcar line and the neighborhood was nice and quiet during our stay. There is a parking lot across the street which makes it easy if you have a car while staying in town. For our group of 9 guys, there was plenty of room and the house was very comfortable. It's obvious a lot of time and effort has been put into remodeling the space. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay while visiting New Orleans. The owner, Gary, was also very helpful during our stay.

Perfect group gathering space

I can’t speak enough great things about this place. We had a group come together for a 50th bday celebration weekend and this space is huge and awesome. The vibe has a very NOLA rustic-ness to it. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The bedrooms have lots of rooms and plenty of bathrooms. A few extra features are iron and ironing board, lots of extra towels, hair dryers in most bathrooms, spacious fridge, bedrooms with privacy all in an amazing location between the garden district and the quarter. Plus it’s on the street car line, close to a great grocery store and tons of restaurants and galleries. Finally Gary, the owner, is super responsive with tons of great local advice always willing to be helpful to your group. Will definitely stay again if we have a group coming to NOLA.

Great Stay for Bachelor Party

We had a group of 10 in New Orleans for a bachelor party. Everyone was in their 30s and wanted something a little nicer with more space and this place was perfect. Everyone in our group had their own bed and most had their own room. The place is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. There were 5 king size beds, two twins and two queens plus two additional twin size beds that can be set up if needed. We didn't spend a ton of time in the apartment because we were out exploring the city but the apartment has pretty much anything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are so many thoughtful touches. The location is also ideal for exploring the city. Bearcat right next door is amazing for breakfast and it's an easy walk to so many cool neighborhoods. We would all absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a big group!

Great Stay at an Awesome Place

I can't say enough good things about this place and Gary, the awesome owner. The combination of the place and hospitality we were shown made for a perfect family trip to New Orleans. We had some challenges unrelated to this great place and Gary saved our vacation! The property is a cool, large space with great character and artwork. It was was converted from an old office building space which makes the layout make it perfect for any group or family. There are 6 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. There are also plenty of bathrooms and a huge laundry room which was super helpful for my family of 9. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We cooked in one night and loved the large fridge, blender and dishes that this place was stocked with. The place is centrally located and we walked and Ubered easily to all of the main New Orleans spots - it's close enough but just far enough way from the other New Orleans visitors, if and when you need a break from it all. There are great restaurants within walking area and a grocery store around the corner to stock up on groceries and beverages. Gary was a great host - super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. I'd recommend staying and hope to come back again!

Perfect Spot

This place has a significant amount of space and gave our group plenty of room to stretch out. We enjoyed the art around the house and appreciated the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect and so many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Gary was incredibly friendly and responsive and made every effort to make sure we had a nice stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun house with great vibe in an excellent location

We came down to enjoy the sights and sounds of NOLA and this house was the perfecting stepping off place. Great brunch place next door. Easy walk to the French Quarter. Lots of room. Great art.

Excellent Stay

This property was absolutely perfect for our bachelor party of 13. It was as advertised, clean, spacious, and decorated with great vibes all throughout the house. It was located in a nice part of town, walking distance to a lot of attractions and also had a great brunch spot directly next door. Gary was a pleasure to work with. He responded promptly to any inquiries and even sent over a long list of recommendations for things to do while in New Orleans. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back sometime in the not too distant future to stay here again in this unreal city.

Perfect location

The number one best thing about this property is its location. Once you arrive you can park and never drive again. Walk to fine restaurants, the French Quarter (the street this is on becomes Bourbon in about 8 blocks, and the St Charles streetcar line runs right in front). Walk to the Superdome and the World War II museum. Rouse’s (groceries/liquor) and CVS are three blocks away. Bearcat Cafe next door is unbelievable, if you eat there first you may not want to go anywhere else. The property is HUGE and all rooms are very spacious; large groups will not feel cramped. Note that it is up a flight of stairs but there is a small lobby at the bottom just big enough to leave a stroller. Our group all found the beds very comfortable, but those who like soft pillows and brought their own from home were the happiest. The kitchen was well stocked. Very safe area to walk in even at night.

Totally Dissatisfied

I was totally disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the property. Besides myself, there were three other individuals who were scheduled to stay at the rental. All of us are seniors who are in our late sixties or early seventies. Access to the property is 25 very steep steps which proved to be problematic for all of us. The pictures of the property on VRBO proved to be deceptive. They gave the impression that the unit had been remodeled. In fact, it was only the kitchen that had a facsimile of remodel. The rest of the property was shabbily decorated, smelly and not very clean. Collectively, we decided this was not a place where we wanted to spend one night—let alone four. We decided to leave the property and check into a hotel. Over the years, I have used VRBO many times and have been pleased with the quality of the rentals; this rental was a huge disappointment.

Gary was an awesome host. He was able to give some cool recommendations and answer questions when needed. Check-in and check-out was super easy too. The space was great. It was massive and perfect for a larger group. The CBD neighborhood was amazing with awesome food and safe walks to Bourbon St. We will definitely be back!! You will be in good hands with Gary.

Great for large groups

Plenty of room for large groups. Gary was very helpful in helping to find us parking. I did not realize that most of the bathrooms are in the hallway, and not inside the private rooms(which wasn’t an issue, we just were not prepared). Gary was quick to respond to issues that were out of his song too while we were there (I.e. construction next door). Overall, the location to everything was great, and the owner was great at making sure we had a wonderful experience!
