This beautiful home is located Uptown in the charming Touro / Garden District neighborhood. This area is exceptionally walkable and features oak-shaded streets that are lined with a diverse mix of homes, from single-story cottages to the grand historic mansions and lavish gardens of St. Charles Avenue. Plus the street car is just two blocks away which will take you to the French Quarter in a matter of minutes. It is also just two blocks to Magazine St. with boutiques, antique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, local bars, and more! In addition, it is very close to the Mardi Gras parade routes so you can catch all the Carnival fun!
Getting Around:
This neighborhood is exceptionally walkable and the St. Charles street car is only two blocks away.

This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
