Penelope's B&B was built in the early 1900's has been fully restored retaining its Architectural design. Caydance's Guesthouse Suite features a 2BR / 2BA; Both the Magnolia and Fleur Dis Lis Rooms features Queen Beds w/ 50 inch SMART TV's . A very cozy family room with a 4 top dinette for a perfect gathering and reflection from a full day in the Big Easy. The Living Room has a sofa sleeper. The guesthouse is equipped kitchen w/ Stainless Steel Appliances w/ all utensils / Cookware. A tranquil private courtyard awaits on property. Sophisticated New Orleans themed artwork featured in every room. Relax on the over-sized porch equipped with vintage Rocking Chairs as Jazz second lines pass the front Door.

What an enjoyable place to stay while in New Orleans. The house was cool and clean
 had everything we needed. The manager made sure we were comfortable and had some great recommendations for some local flavor. The neighborhood was just blocks away from the French Quarter, quiet but convenient. Check out Treme Coffeehouse just a few blocks away! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property for lovely stay

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It is meticulously cared for, and we even had an opportunity to meet the owner who was very nice. The place is absolutely spotless and the location is perfect for walking all over the French Quarter. We hadn’t even left yet and my friend was already making plans to rebook the property for her birthday with her family.

Hope to stay again

Perfect location, right across Rampart from the Quarter. Host was helpful. Courtyard in back was nice. The hvac is VERY loud in the bedroom furthest from the street. And the tv remote in the bedroom closest to the street is busted. Everything else was fantastic.

Lovely home and great stay!

Our stay at this cottage in the Treme neighborhood of New Orleans was absolutely wonderful! The home was beautifully maintained, clean, and full of charm, providing the perfect mix of comfort and authenticity. The neighborhood itself was fantastic—quiet yet vibrant, with a rich cultural vibe that made it feel truly special. We especially loved the convenience of being able to walk to the French Quarter in just a few minutes, allowing us to explore the city’s iconic sights, music, and food with ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!

Amazing stay in the French Quarter

Caydance's property was the perfect spot for our group during our short stay in New Orleans. We were in town for a Saints game and to enjoy the French quarter with a couple who never been there before. The location was perfect for an easy walk to the French quarter and Frenchman Street. The property was in perfect condition and the private patio out back was an awesome place to relax after our days. The spot had everything we needed for our stay and was a picture perfect place to represent New Orleans. Our house was very easy to communicate with and quick reply with any questions or requests we had. We will definitely be staying here again on our next travel to The Big easy.

Exceptional stay in NoLa!!

My friend and I wanted to find the ideal Homestay for our long-planned trip to NoLa and this beautiful abode exceeded our expectations!! The location was an easy walk to Bourbon street, but removed enough to enjoy a serene neighborhood-feel. Beautifully decorated, very clean, with great amenities, I highly recommend this charming place for your visit!

Great location close to the french quarter

We stayed 10 days in Caydace's guesthouse for a girls trip and really enjoyed our time. The guesthouse was clean with access to a nice courtyard for relaxing with coffee in the morning. Penelope was a kind and responsive host, she even made sure we were informed when a big storm was forecast during our stay. Good location, great neighbors - I would stay here again.
