North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here. This home is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (1.5 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (0.9 Miles), The National WWII Museum (2.8 Miles), and the famous Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 (3.0 Miles).

Mid-City has a rhythm all its own - second-line parades filtering through tree-lined streets, the rumble of the Canal Streetcar two blocks away, the smell of chicory coffee drifting from a nearby café. This bungalow puts you right in the middle of it, with a comfortable home base to return to each night.
Living space
The living area is warm and welcoming, filled with natural light throughout the day. Settle in on the couch with a 43" HDTV loaded with Netflix and your favorite streaming apps, or catch up on work at the dedicated workspace - tucked in a room with a door for focus and quiet. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable no matter the weather outside.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms offer restful nights with cozy beds and soft linens. Closets and dressers provide ample clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand whenever you need them. Traveling with a little one? A crib, pack 'n play, folding high chair, and baby safety gates are available upon request - everything you need for a smooth family stay.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen is fully stocked and ready for real cooking. A Frigidaire stainless steel electric stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster cover every meal from morning to night. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided - just bring the ingredients and take a seat at the dining table.
Bathroom
The full bathroom includes both a bathtub and shower, a bidet, and hot water. Complimentary toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - are stocked and ready, along with a hair dryer and cleaning products.
Laundry & essentials
An in-unit washer and dryer means no trips to the laundromat. Hangers, an iron, fresh towels, bed linens, and cleaning products are all provided. Cleaning is also available during your stay if needed.
Outdoor living
Step out onto the private balcony for your morning coffee or a quiet wind-down at the end of the day. The fenced yard offers extra space to relax, and it's a great bonus for guests traveling with pets - the bungalow is pet-friendly and welcoming to your furry companions.
Location
You're two blocks from the Canal Streetcar, with the Lafitte Greenway, local cafés, and live music venues all within walking distance. The French Quarter, City Park, and the Superdome are just minutes away. If you're visiting in winter, you're ideally placed for NOLA ChristmasFest, New Year's Eve fireworks, the Allstate Sugar Bowl, Twelfth Night, Krewe du Vieux, and Mardi Gras Day - with Endymion rolling right through the neighborhood.

Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. Self check-in is handled through a smart lock, and exterior security cameras are in place for added peace of mind.
