When it's time to rest, you'll discover a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit your preferences. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, offering a luxurious and relaxing night's sleep. Another two bedrooms feature full-size and queen beds, perfect for kids, singles, or couples who prefer a bit more space.
The condo also includes two clean and modern bathrooms, ensuring everyone can freshen up and get ready for a day of exploring the city with ease.

âą Paid parking is available in the building. Please note that parking spaces are limited in the building on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking in the garage is unavailable, you may utilize paid parking lots located close to the building.

âą The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
âą Guest will need to present their ID and credit card for deposit.
âą A refundable deposit of $300 is required

âą House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
âą State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
âą Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
âą Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
âą NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
âą Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
âą Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
âą Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
