We had an amazing stay in New Orleans and very much appreciated the convenience of being only a few steps from the St. Charles Streetcar, which we used almost every day. Definitely download the Le Pass app as it was easy to use for schedules and ticketing. As for the house, it was clean and spacious, and Kate was a wonderful, responsive host. My only complaint would be the dogs upstairs. The stairwell for the tentant above runs along the living room wall, and the small room at the bottom is where their dogs would bark at anyone who passed by. Also the neighbors across the street had 3 dogs adding to the mix. Fortunately they were all quiet at night, so they really weren't too annoying. Just be aware if you aren't a dog person!I would stay here again if we returned to New Orleans.

We had a great stay with our two daughters (1.5 and 2 months)! Kate was super responsive and welcoming. We seamlessly ordered everything we needed on BabyQuip (with a 10% discount for booking through VRBO) and when our flight got delayed, Kate stepped in and was willing to accept the delivery of our items before we arrived, which was very helpful since we did not arrive until very late and wanted to put our girls to bed right away. The space was great and very comfortable for us plus our nanny. The Daneel playground around the corner was a frequent stop, and we were steps from the street car. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable.

We have stayed at this property at least three other times and almost consider it our NOLA home. We have been visiting our daughter who went to school and now lives here for the past 6 years and this is by far the best 3 bed, 3 full bath option we have found as there are usually 4-5 of us. We LOVE the ideal location, the out door covered porch and the bonus outdoor patio seating area and grill. (We have used the grill at every visit) Plenty of room inside too for our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners over the years and for hangin out. The host is very responsive and accommodating for anything you may need. Cant wait for our next visit!

Sunny, Spacious, perfect location and remote work compatible. Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Street parking was easy and available. Extremely quiet but steps from St Charles, the street car. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. The only place that I have seen in Nola with a dedicated remote work desk and office chair. I highly recommended it

This unit was in a superb location - right off the St. Charles streetcar line and in the Garden District. Close to attractions and stores/restaurants etc. Had one small issue and the response was immediate.

Big and airy

Many NOLA properties are typical “shotgun” style architecture. This one features a big common area with 4 good-sized bedrooms off it. It’s in a central part of Uptown that was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. The 6 of us had a lovely week here.

Fun Mardi Gras Weekend

Spacious and light filled house with ample bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Furniture and beds comfortable and perfect for a family stay. Location is excellent - we walked or took the street car to the Mardi Gras parades and close by are many restaurants (on Prytannia, Magazine, or Freret). You can walk to Audubon Park, the zoo, Tulane or Loyola and take the street car to French Quarter or Riverbend. Can't beat the location and comfort.

Spacious 3 bed, 3 bath in great Uptown location

This is the second time our family has stayed in this property. We come to New Orleans often to visit our daughter and this has been our favorite. (The only reason we havent stayed more often is that it had been booked) It is a very spacious 3 bed 3 full bath unit with large windows that let in plenty of light, a well equipped kitchen (as we made Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner) spacious eating and lounging areas and nice outdoor space with a grill. The hosts are very responsive if you have a question or something needs fixing. (the grill needed some work and the host came over soon after being contacted) We love that this is in a quieter residential neighborhood but still convenient to the St Charles trolly line ( 1 minute walk) a 10 minute walk to Magazine St and a 15 minute walk to Auburn Park.

Beautiful home with great light. Big living room with smart TV. Very close to the streetcar and Tulane. Large washer and dryer in the basement. Street parking always was open out in front. The owner was very responsive — we loved our stay here!

Wonderful spacious and comfortable place to stay!

The place was great. Very spacious, comfortable beds, great kitchen, less than a block walking distance to the streetcar and only an easy mile walk to Audobon park. Kate was very responsive to any questions we had. There was some confusion about the location of the working washer and dryer but Kate quickly responded that they were in a room outside the bottom of the backstairs. Anyway, I highly recommend this wonderful VRBO and host, Kate!

Had a wonderful stay at Kate's place. Great location, large , spacious and comfortable for our party of 6, plus an additional 2 friends who stopped by. Very clean with all the amenities needed for a long weekend in NOLA. Had a minor issue, but Kate was quick to get someone there to assist.

Trip to New Orleans

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need from bathroom supplies to kitchen equipment. (The only thing lacking was some detergent for the washing machine) The location is a 2 minute walk to the trolley, a quick walk to Audubon Park and is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The owner is very responsive. We would be happy to stay there again.

Beautiful home in wonderful area

Loved our stay here! We had a slight issue w one of the beds but host was super friendly and said they would be sure to fix. Area was beautiful and home has the most beautiful light. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for the king cake, Kate! It was a nice treat!
