This house is located in a prime uptown location between St Charles Avenue and Magazine Street and between Napoleon and Jefferson. It doesn't get much better than this! Walk to the streetcar and Mardi Gras parades one way and restaurants and shopping the other way. The location doesn't disappoint.!

Living space
The main living area invites you to slow down and settle in. Ceiling fans stir the air above hardwood floors, while the classic architectural details - original millwork, tall windows, and generous proportions - give the space a timeless New Orleans feel. Whether you're regrouping after a full day on the streetcar or simply unwinding with a glass of wine before heading out, the atmosphere here makes it easy.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds, with the layout offering a comfortable balance of privacy and togetherness for families and groups alike. Each room is set up for restful nights, with crisp bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable through every season.
Kitchen & dining
The renovated kitchen is where mornings begin and evenings wind down. Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances set the scene, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. The dining table gives the whole group a place to gather, share a meal, and map out the day ahead.
Bathroom
Two full bathrooms keep things running smoothly for a group. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products, so you can pack light and arrive ready to explore.
Outdoor living
The front porch is made for slow mornings - coffee in hand, watching the neighborhood come to life. Out back, a fenced backyard with outdoor furniture gives you a quiet corner to decompress between adventures. Gated off-street parking on the premises is a genuine rarity in Uptown, and free street parking is available as well.
Location
Steps from St. Charles Avenue and Magazine Street, you're placed right in the heart of one of New Orleans' most walkable and culturally rich neighborhoods. Mardi Gras parade routes, local cafés, independent boutiques, and streetcar stops are all within easy reach - whether you're here for a festival weekend, a family visit, or a deeper dive into Uptown's character.

The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, an iron and drying rack, a high chair, fast WiFi, and an Ethernet connection. A TV is available for downtime. Self check-in via smart lock means a smooth, flexible arrival on your schedule. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
