The Space:

Immerse yourself in the vibrant spirit of New Orleans in our fourth-floor Jazz Suite, an artistic retreat where music and color meet. Flooded with natural light from large windows, this spacious apartment offers sweeping views of Magazine Street and serves as a stunning showcase of local talent from artists like Kalli Padgett, Patrick Henry, and Ayodele Owolabi.



The open-concept living area invites you to relax on a plush coral sofa, surrounded by captivating art. Every detail is designed to immerse you in the city's iconic Jazz genre.



Your suite includes:

Two Bedrooms: Each features a comfortable queen bed, art-adorned walls, and city views.

Two Luxurious Bathrooms: Unwind in two modern bathrooms. One includes a sleek, glass walk-in shower, while the other offers both a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, dark wood cabinets, a granite-topped bar, a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker.

Dedicated Workspace: A small, dedicated office with a desk and chair provides a quiet space for work.

Convenient Amenities: For your comfort, the suite is equipped with a washer/dryer, walk-in closets, and ample storage.
