Please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth stay:
- Onsite parking is available for one vehicle at a rate of $19 per night.
- Maximum of one pet allowed up to 50 Lbs and must be approved first.
- Initial set of essentials like toiletries and paper products is provided.
- Stays longer than 14 nights require guests to replenish their own toiletries.
- Early check in at 2:00 PM or late check out at 12:00 PM available for a $50 fee.
- No mailbox access is available for guest mail or packages.
A mandatory monthly extermination service occurs in the building during business hours. We will notify you in advance if access to the unit is required during your visit. We look forward to hosting you in this beautiful space! âš
Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit. All damages will be documented and shared if applicable.
