Due to the extended cleaning and sanitizing processes, units are typically not ready before the check-in time, but we do often have availability to offer early access to your parking spot. If you require an early check-in, please let us know so we can check our availability.

Our cleaning team has implemented a rigorous sanitization process prior to each guestâs arrival and is focused on disinfecting all public surfaces. Additionally, we are focused on disinfecting all shared building areas such as door handles, railings, and common areas
Casa Soleada has been curated by a local interior designer with a selection of our favorite brands and products. Our goal was to create an experience in which guests can interact with products in a different way.

Getting Around:
Car: By utilizing a car, you are always just a few minutes away from all New Havenâs top spots.
Walk: Walking, especially during the warmer months, can also be a convenient and enjoyable way to explore New Haven. We are centrally located, which allows you to take a quick walk to many attractions in New Haven.
Train: If youâre looking to go into NYC, then the train will your best option. We are a 5-minute drive to Union Station where you can catch the Amtrak, Metro North, or Acela Train to the Big Apple.
Other Things to Note:
We work hard to avoid hiccups, but as humans, hiccups happen. We encourage all guests to let us know if there is anything that needs attention so that we can assist in a timely manner, to the best of our ability. Please report any damage found upon check-in. After the fact doesn't help much. We have a hard enough time remembering what we ate for breakfast. (We mean that in the nicest way possible) Our cleaners take detailed time stamped photos and videos prior to each guest checking in to ensure cleanliness and home condition accountability to ensure we provide the highest level of hospitality for our guests!
We can't control the behavior of others. We will not assume any liabilities for injuries. Please exercise extreme self-preservation
Keypad: Tap the numbers of your accommodation to enter into the premise.
Lock: To lock the door, tap the button on the bottom right of the keypad. You will hear the noise of the lock moving to confirm it has been locked.
Laundry: Available on the second floor. Each wash is $1.50 and each dry is $1.50.
Please be respectful of all other guests that are on the premise.
Interaction with Guests:
All the premises is accessible through contactless entry, but we will be available if needed during your stay! No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with the best Smart Lock in the industry. You can lock and unlock the door with the keypad using your personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
