The home sleeps 8 comfortably and allows you and your family to spread out across the home which is over 3000 sq. ft. There is excellent internet access throughout the house. There is a large TV in the living room, a TV in the basement as well as one in the 2nd guest room.

The property has a 40' dock, a swim dock and 100' of waterfront with gradual slope into the lake. There's a fire pit for enjoying time with the family making s'mores and memories. With very few motorboats on the lake, it is a serene location perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing (license required for anyone over 15) or just sitting by the fire listening to nature and checking out the stars. In the winter, you can ice fish (license required) and when the ice is clear and thick, skate across the lake!

Most of the opposite side of the lake is undeveloped, providing beautiful views. There is a town boat launch adjacent to the property. So bring your own boat (up to 20') and you can dock it right on the property. Jetskis are NOT permitted on the lake. But you can rent them or use them on Lake Winnipesaukee just 10 minutes away.
