Belle Nouvelle construction sur le lac Dunlap

Attention: Le damnĂ© sur le lac Dunlap a Ă©chouĂ© le 16 mai 2019. Je ne sais pas quand ce foutu sera rĂ©parĂ©. Si vous louez la maison, vous ne pourrez peut-ĂȘtre pas accĂ©der Ă  l'eau de la maison de bateau.
Cette nouvelle construction de deux étages a terminé en Avril 2015 conçu d'aprÚs la Caroline du Sud Basse Pays ou La Nouvelle-Orléans maisons de style Quartier Français. Maison de bateau privé. Les grandes terrasses couvertes sur les deux étages pour la visualisation lac Dunlap. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée juste apporter vos propres produits d'épicerie. Puits de charbon de bois pour les grillades en plein air. WiFi et quatre téléviseur à écran plat pour votre plus grand plaisir lorsque vous besoin d'une pause de l'extérieur. La chambre principale est située au premier étage et dispose d'un lit king. Les chambres restantes sont au deuxiÚme étage. Une chambre a deux reines, un autre a deux lits doubles, et la troisiÚme chambre a deux lits superposés avec des jumeaux XL. La salle de télévision à l'étage a aussi un lit pliant si vous avez besoin d'espace de couchage supplémentaire. Tous les appareils sont aide de cuisine en acier inoxydable. La maison dispose de comptoirs en granit dans toutes les salles de bain ainsi que dans la cuisine.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Guadalupe River. Laveries.Cette maison de vacances comprend des équipements et services comme l'accÚs Wi-Fi à Internet gratuit et une cuisine.

Amazing lakeside rental with all the amenities! Friendly neighbors but quiet and plenty of privacy! Easy quick trip to float the Comal. In fact we canceled night out plans and stayed in to enjoy the house!

Perfect home for a large group

We had such a great experience!! The house is beautiful and large enough for a big group! The boat dock and outdoor seating was a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset each night. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect house for family vacation

Stayed at this house when in town for a wedding and it was perfect. Loved the decor and it had a lot of bed space for guests. Beautiful river location with great view. A/C ran great which is important in summer in Texas! Owners were very responsive to our questions and very helpful in all ways. Cannot say enough great things about this property!!

Great weekend

We had a great weekend and the house was great for the group of 12 we had. It was about 20 minutes to the river drop in and we spent all day Saturday floating. The house was great other than the dishes all looking like they needed to be washed really well. We went to cook breakfast and had to wash everything before using it due to old food being stuck to pans and utensils. Otherwise no complaints and it was a lovely weekend.

Exceeded Expectations

We could not have been happier with our weekend here. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house and property is beautiful. There was 12 of us and it was easy for everyone to spread out when needed. We used every space available - from breakfast on the dock, to a family event in the backyard, to enjoying the firepit in the evening, and watching the fireworks around us on the balcony (it was NYE). Would definitely return and recommend for large groups.

Graduation

This property was super great for my daughters graduation from Texas state. We had a small gathering of about 20 people and there was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped! We really enjoyed the fire pit and the deck area outside! The tv’s were hard to turn on but our daughter figured them out. We did not receive instructions to check out until the day of and we saw no hampers to put sheets in. However, The beds were very comfy! We will stay here again in the summer! Thanks again.

Wonderful property

This house was a perfect place for my family to gather for thanksgiving! It was spacious and really nice. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and was stocked perfectly. I loved that pets are allowed and the property is fenced in. The weather wasn’t the best, so we couldn’t enjoy the boat house or river, but it would be a great place to visit in summer. I highly recommend this house for a large group.

Beautiful home right on th water

We truly enjoyed our stay over the weekend. It’s a beautiful home just on the water. We happened to have an issue with the water pressure which put a damper on the bathrooms/shower situation and when we notified the the owner said she would check it out when she was back in town. Not sure if the water pressure issue was looked at yet. Otherwise I would definitely love to rebook if there’s no problems with the water. I’d say this is an ideal location in New Braunfels, just minutes from everything.

Friend Group Trip to the Hill Country

Some friends and myself wanted a fall weekend in the hill country. Coincided with Wurstfest so attended that as well. We had a small issue with the alarm system upon checking in, but the host was immediately available and there to help. The home is comfortable and cozy. Well built and stocked with most things you would need. Definitely set up well for families with children, but we were all adults and it worked just as well. The fire pit we made great use of one evening as it was actually a cold November weekend in Texas. Just grab some wood from Bucees or HEB. Getting into New Braunfels by car is pretty easy. ~10min drive. Would certainly try to stay here again, bet it’s booked often in the summer months.

This is the most comfortable rental!!

Southern Comfort lives up to its name! The sleeping arrangements were great for our 2-family getaway. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the river, and the kitchen was phenomenal. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Debbs was helpful when we had a problem checking in and out. Beautiful property and great host!

Lovely House

My family and I had a great experience staying at this property. The house is very charming! Everything was really clean and the beds are comfy. The kitchen has everything you need and has enough space for cooking, preparing food etc. The backyard is nice and has plenty of room for kids to play and run around. Bathroom and showers are great. They look like brand new and they are clean. There’s a lot of things to do around the area. For kids and adults. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed everything The owner of the property is very responsive. She was available at any time. My son left his stuff animal at the property, and she was kind enough to send it back to me. We will definitely recommend this house house.
