Maison au bord de la riviĂšre sur un terrain de 1/2 acre pouvant accueillir 25 personnes. La propriĂ©tĂ© a une pente douce vers la riviĂšre sans escaliers et de beaux pacanes et cyprĂšs. Nous sommes situĂ©s sur River Rd au cƓur du pays des baignoires! IntĂ©rieur rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, la maison possĂšde 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains avec une trĂšs grande salle de fĂȘte en bas des escaliers. La propriĂ©tĂ© a une vue magnifique avec diverses possibilitĂ©s d'observation de la vie sauvage. L'emplacement comprend Ă©galement la pĂȘche Ă  la truite trophĂ©e Ă  quelques pas de la maison.
Nos clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient adoré cette maison de vacances et son emplacement. Lors de votre séjour, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Guadalupe River. Great River house. Super location for young children ito access the river. Stairs in the house may be of a concern for those with small children, but very manageable. Had trouble with the AC, but the owner was very quick to respond and was very concerned for our comfort. Highly recommended.

Steps away from a great spot on the river

This was a nice river house. It was clean, well-stocked, and the AC worked great. The real highlight was the location—the view was stunning, and the spot right on the river made for a great stay. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the water.

We have stayed here numerous times and it is amazing. We had at least 10 to 12 kids with us from ages 10 to 1 years old. The yard is the perfect for the kids to play and to play in the river or for the adults to just put your chairs in the river and sit. Even if do not have young kids it’s perfect for adults to play in the river. Highly recommend this house , we will be back next year

Great for large groups

There were a lot of things we loved about this house. We traveled with 7 adults and 10 kids ages 8 mths-8 yrs. We loved that the downstairs worked as a game room where the adults could stay up later after the kids were down. We loved that the yard in front of the house was about 50 yards up from the river to allow space for the kids to still play outside. There is also a nice beach cove that allows for chairs/tents and a shallow area for the kids to play. Really family friendly. The pictures are a bit deceiving. The main room no longer has 1 large bed with dressers. It has a queen size bed & a double bunk bed. This worked out better for us. The bottom floor bunk bed is not in a bdrm. It is behind a curtain. The hot water does not work on the upstairs kitchen sink. The exterior stairs are INSANELY slippery when wet. We had 3 pretty big falls from adults that left large black bruises. It was raining, so might be an isolated incident, but it was a big deal for us. Lastly, we were here during the floods and while the river didnt flood the house the rain ran through the bottom floor. The house needs a lot of TLC and probably nothing is to code. The host was very reponsive as we recieved evacution orders and had to leave in an emergency, but never responded to refund requests under VRBOs extenuating circumstances policy. We did really love this house and probably would stay again if we didn't experience a terrible natural disaster, but needs some updates/repairs

We had such a fantastic time! Perfect house for our large family. Far enough away from the road to feel secluded but still surrounded by the life of the river. The yard was perfect for all the children to play in with abundant shade from several large trees. The river front access was the true jewel of this place; we spent all of our time playing in the river and enjoying each other and the beauty all around us. Wonderful wonderful place.

Perfect Setup

We stayed here for a friends reunion and the house was perfect. Plenty of space and we had the best setup on the river. Wonderful golden hour - beautiful property. Will be back!

Gorgeous location, so-so property

This home is located in a gorgeous part of New Braunfels right on the river. The backyard is amazing and my kids loved playing in the water even though it was pretty cold at Thanksgiving. The house itself is pretty old and has been remodeled and added on to. It's kind of a maze to navigate, but it has lots of beds which were all pretty comfortable. The 5th bedroom isn't really a bedroom, but just a bed behind a curtain in a common area. Not a huge deal, but just answering a question that we had before we went. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was generously stocked with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. There wasn't much seating except downstairs in the game room so we brought some portable tables (available at the property) upstairs to set that up. There are a lot of stairs at the property that one of our elderly members had to navigate, but once they were in it wasn't a problem. All of the appliances were brand new and worked perfectly. My biggest issue was the lack of communication from the owner before and during our stay. Others have commented on his excellent communication and he did explain that he was travelling, so I think that may have been an anomaly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it provided us with everything we needed for a holiday weekend.

The property was very nice in a private and secluded Area the scenery was astounding. Also the surrounding wildlife and nature trails were very beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful time and we plan to use you guys in the near future.

Amazing riverfront house!

We had an extended family weekend vacation on the river and this house was perfect! Enough space for everyone, clean, comfortable beds, and the location was awesome. Everyone loved it and would definitely come back!

Awesome House & Location!

A group of friends and I stayed at this house for Memorial Day weekend and had a fantastic time! The house was extremely spacious with everything we needed, but the icing on the cake is the large yard with direct access to the river. We were able to hang out in the river all day during the hot weekend. We definitely recommend staying here and would book again!

30th birthday gathering

We had a great time celebrating my wifes 30th birthday with all of our old college friends. The house has tons of space for everyone, and the property is gorgeous. River access was amazing and private. Will definitely book again in the future!

Great Stay for a Bach Weekend

My Fiancé and I had a joint bach weekend with all of our wedding party. The location was perfect. We spent our days relaxing on the river and spending quality time with each other. The house was clean and comfortable to hang out in. We will definitely come again for another group stay in the future.

An amazing riverfront property with great amenities

Amazing riverfront property with great amenities and huge space for multiple families to stay. Private backyard leading to accessible river is top-notch. Waking up to spectacular views reconnects with the tranquility of nature. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with main city access nearby. Property was super clean and comes with all needed amenities (Including several chairs for enjoying the firepit outside). House was unique, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen were available and clean. Big dining table/area inside and outside. Multiple activities available in and around New Braunfels and Canyon Lake. Property owner was prompt in answering the questions and very accommodative for all the requests we made. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would stay here again.

My group was very satisfied with the house. Only small issues that were there when we arrived. Like some damaged wall and hole in another room. Other than that it was great. I would rent again.
