This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a full size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

HOUSE RULES:
• The pool closes at 10pm, and the complex observes quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
• Glass is strictly prohibited in all outdoor common areas, including the outdoor kitchen/grill area, pool, dog run, and ping pong area. Violations may incur a fine.
• The Guest Parking Pass will be located inside the unit. Guests must park in the designated spaces and display the parking pass in their vehicle's windshield at all times within the complex. Vehicles parked incorrectly or without a displayed pass risk being towed. The parking pass must be left inside the unit upon departure. Not returning the parking pass may lead to a replacement charge.
