You’ll be within a short distance to the area’s best attractions such as the picturesque Comal River, the adrenaline-pumping Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and the downtown area with its rich German heritage and charming Bavarian-style architecture. Of course, no visit to Texas would be complete without indulging in some authentic barbeque, of which the city boasts an array of joints serving up the finest smoked meats and traditional southern sides. This will be an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime.



The home’s bright and welcoming interior is the perfect spot to relax and recharge between adventures, where contemporary furnishings and sophisticated décor surround you in country-chic style. Sink into plush sofa or armchair seating in the living room while you keep up with all your favorite entertainment on the mounted smart TV. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Dedicated parking available for 1 vehicle, with additional parking on community surface lots as needed.

Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 40 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily Pet Fee of $35 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Pets are not permitted on the beds or furniture. To avoid fines, pets must be leashed at all times when walking outside of the unit.

This home is equipped with one (1) external security doorbell camera, mounted on the main entrance and actively monitoring the walkway to the door.

Visitors can explore the Historic District, featuring buildings and landmarks from the city’s early days. The Comal River is a popular destination for tubing, swimming, and kayaking. Visitors can rent tubes, kayaks, and other watercraft from local outfitters, or take a guided tour of the river.



Located just outside of New Braunfels, the Natural Bridge Caverns are a fascinating geological wonder where visitors can take a guided tour of the underground caves and learn about their formation and history. Landa Park is a 51-acre park located in the heart of New Braunfels. Visitors can enjoy hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, and a mini-golf course.
