The Space:
This is a fully furnished 1 BR apartment in a BRAND NEW luxury apartment building. It includes a King Bed and a Queen pullout sofa. You’ll also find Pack-n-play and extra sheets included in the primary closet.

Guest Access:
The property offers remote check-in. You will be sent a link to a digital boarding pass that will walk you through all aspects of the check-in process and provide resources for your stay. We're available 24/7 by phone or chat if you need anything else!

The Neighborhood:
Historic Gruene has everything for a great weekend getaway: Gruene Hall, Gristmill, Mozie's, Gruene River Grill, Market Days, Gruene Coffee House, Cantina del Rio just to name a few. Close to Schlitterbahn, Natural Bridge Caverns, Guadalupe River, Canyon Lake and Texas Hill Country Wineries.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this is in a luxury condominium community. The unit is NOT wheelchair accessible and does require the use of stairs to access the unit.
Additionally, the apartment complex requires us to submit government ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military) as part of the booking process. This information will be requested upon booking confirmation.

Interaction with Guests:
Check-in is remote and fully digital but we are available by phone 24/7 should questions arise. The guest will be required to download an app on either iOS or Android in order to access the property.
