Gorgeous Condo Historic Gruene with pool!

3/3 condo. Sleeps 8. Master: King. 2nd Master: King. 3rd bedroom loft: Queen. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No smoking. No pets. MUST BE 25 to rent. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Gruene's newest Resort Community boasting beautiful new condo's, private parking, only half of a mile to all Gruene offerings... Old Mill Resort is the perfect place to stay whether a romantic getaway, family outing or just the peaceful setting to relax and reconnect with friends. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our 1700 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.

This fully furnished 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). There are 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig/Regular drip coffee maker and washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

The place was nice and over all communication was fine. However, i didn’t care for the lack of urgency to get our water situation resolved. It took several hours for anyone to even show up to fix it then when we got back and had no water at all. He did return with the needed part and finally got it fixed. Issue called in around 10am and not resolved until around 5pm. That’s a long time to have a bathroom unusable when we had 6 people all trying to shower and clean up for the day at the same time.

We had a death in the family and needed a place for 7 family members to stay. Everything was great! Check in and check out were easy. The place was large enough to accommodate all of us. People dropped off food, and the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, glasses and coffee cups. I would highly recommend.

We will definitely stay here again. The two bedrooms downstairs and the loft room were spacious and luxurious. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms. Walking into town might be a bit difficult for some, especially when it is too cool or warm. However, it's also close to town - you spend more time looking for a parking space than driving from the condo. It was too cool to use the pool.

Girls trip

Enjoyed everything about the condo! It was clean and the location was great. We were alittle disappointed that we were not told about the heavy construction that began early in the morning. There were several ladies that would have like to sleep in on their vacation but that was definitely not possible. But we enjoyed the trip and will not hesitate to return next year!!

Destination Wedding

A weekend trip to Gruene Texas for a family wedding, staying at the Old Miller Resort was the perfect way to enjoy our stay! The pool area was so peaceful hearing the birds chirping. We floated the river just 2 minutes from the property with Rockin river rides and had a blast! We went just 5 minutes into the sweet little town which was incredibly cute, had dinner at the Gristmill river restaurant and the food was 10/10! We can't wait to book with you again for all our future Gruene trips!

Gruene Trip

Overall nice place inside. Few minor issues, tub didn’t drain properly. Some of kitchen outlets had no power. Outside could have some improvements. Flower pots broke and dirt just laying there by stairs. 2x4 boards with nails sticking up were lying around the upstairs stair railing, which was dangerous .

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

Group of friends on a road trip to the Hill Country. The condo was perfect for our needs. Nice size kitchen, bathroom for each bedroom. We'd definitely stay there again.

The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. It was stocked with everything that we would have needed. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen well supplied, and the perfect location! It was spotless when we arrived! Walking distance to all the hot spots in Gruene, and the river!

New Braunfels Retreat

We would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars - there were trains that woke us during the night. The cleanliness/location/communication were great. We had an issue with a breaker in a bathroom, and it was immediately responded to. All communication throughout the process was great.
