Summary:

Prepare to be wowed by this fully remodeled 2BR/2.5BA condo, updated in 2026 with modern style and comfort! Sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master and two full beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy 2 private decks overlooking the crystal-clear Comal River. Perfect for family vacations or weekend getaways. No pets allowed. Must be 25+ to rent. Renter’s ID and credit card required at check-in or via email.



The Space:

If you are looking for a clean, spacious condo that is fully stocked with amenities, has phenomenal views of the Comal River and is located in the heart of all that New Braunfels has to offer, then look no further!!! Across the street from Schlitterbahn Water Park and an easy walk to historic downtown shops, restaurants and sites, this is the perfect spot to spend time with family or friends. Our unit is located at the scenic Camp Warnecke Estates condominiums and boasts 1250 sq ft of luxurious furnishings, new beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full size washer and dryer.



Downstairs: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats six and a large dining table on the covered patio that also seats 6 so you can dine while overlooking the crystal clear Comal River. There is a half bath located downstairs for your convenience. Living area and patio floors are beautiful Saltillo tile, perfect for riverside living.



Upstairs: Two (2) bedrooms each with vaulted ceilings and their own private bath. Master includes a king size bed, large screen Vizio TV, a private patio balcony that has seating for two and overlooks the Comal River and a private bath with tub, separate shower and large vanity. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and its own private bath with a shower/tub combo. Amenities include luxury towels, linens, and hotel sized amenities and a full size hair dryer in each bathroom. Ceiling fans are in every room, including the downstairs covered patio.



There are 2 parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' This condo is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. No smoking anywhere in the unit - including balconies, Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.



**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** This property has wristbands that need to be returned to our office location upon departure. These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

This property was the perfect spot for water park and river. Comfy furniture and king bed was very nice, loved the pillows. Easy access for everything in the area. Loved having two balconies and spending evening with view of river!

Great getaway!

This condo was beautifully furnished and located right on the Comal River. We thought we would be floating down the river but had so much fun jumping from the walls around the property that we never went floating! We thoroughly enjoyed our quick getaway!

Great place!

Great location. Nicely furnished and decorated. No issues with anything in the condo or complex. Check in/out was easy. Would definitely stay here again. Although there is a coffee pot, a Keurig would be a nice addition for convenience.

The perfect getaway

My family and I decided to get out of the city for a quick Spring Break getaway. This condo was perfect! It was spotlessly clean and oh so comfy. There are two balconies that overlook the Comal River, and you can even watch some sweet deer snack on the grass below. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics, there is yummy coffee provided, and for those nights you want to stay in, there are movies you can pop into the DVD player. We will definitely be coming back!!

This condo had absolutely everything you need for a river getaway. No shampoo, conditioner or soap??
no worries. This place has got it all covered down to the torch lighter and beach towels. The a/c was cold and couch comfy. The huuge tv in the secondary bedroom was a huge plus. Not to mention the clever decor. This is our new New Braunfels landing pad :). Thanks Julie!

Perfect location, perfect condo!

We stayed in Julie's condo in July 2018. Everything was just as described-she has many basic supplies available for use and lots of blankets, pillows, fun games, etc-all the extra touches that make this condo perfect! We loved that one of bedrooms has two beds in it-allows for everyone to have their own space! We enjoyed eating out on the balcony while watching people tube the Comal-it was beautiful to hear the birds and frogs and see the fish in the river. The condo is cutely decorated as well with lovely furniture. We LOVED that Schlitterbahn is literally across the street! It was very convenient to simply walk over and not have to find a parking space. Tubing the Comal was so easy-we parked at Prince Solms park and tubed from there through the tube chute and got out at the private exit for Camp Warnecke guests. We also used the pool one day-my kids enjoyed it. The complex was quiet in the evening and everyone was so friendly and courteous. It is also very close to shopping and restaurants-we got lots of yummy treats from Naeglin's bakery (2 minute drive from the condo!).We will be back!!

Favorite so Far

We have been taking NB vacations every summer for years... and this is our favorite rental so far! The condo is spacious and comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need. I absolutely loved the king bed (sooooo comfortable) and the A/C (it had no problem keeping the unit crisp and cold in the scorching heat). Julie was awesome to work with and the check in/out process could not have been easier. I hope this condo is available for our trip next year!!

Five Star all the way!

We've stayed at several other condos in this complex and this is by far the nicest. The decorating is lovely and so cozy and it was very well equipped with everything we needed for our month long stay. The owner Julie is wonderful to work with and quick to address any questions. It was a five star stay in every way and we will always choose this condo first on future visits. Highly recommend.

Amazing condo

This condo is everything you want! Two decks overlooking the Comal River and all the activity, but inside you do not hear the craziness! Perfect for a family. And I can say I have never had a more comfortable bed in a VRBO! Even my 17 year old commented on her bed! Grills are just across the parking lot which is super convenient. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

Graduation stay

This property had great amenities and view. Plenty of restaurants being close to downtown new braunfels. We brought our own tubes and delivered kids upriver
upper 90’s but with the river no problem. Slept like a rock.

Great river view!

Perfect location to float the river! Walk across the street to get the shuttle. Very clean and well appointed condo with comfortable beds and nice linens. Great balconies to enjoy the river view! Will definitely stay here again!
