Enjoy private Comal River access, a short walk to Schlitterbahn, and easy access to downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Whether you’re tubing the river, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the Hill Country, this condo puts you close to it all.



The Space:

This stylish and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

While the condo does not have a river view, it’s just steps away from private river access and offers a peaceful retreat after a day on the water.

Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Two full beds

Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably (including children).

All linens and indoor towels are provided

Parking & Policies

Check in time 4pm. Check out time 11am.

2 parking passes provided: one reserved covered spot + one general. Overflow parking just a few blocks away

8 wristbands included (required by HOA for access)

Wristbands must be picked up/returned to our office less than 2 miles away

No pets and no smoking

No parties or daytime guests

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (includes children)

Primary renter must be 25+ and must stay at the property

Renter’s ID & credit card required at check-in or via email

Electronic rental agreement must be signed before arrival

Outdoor areas (driveways/parking) may be monitored by video camera per city & HOA policy

This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1,500.
