All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. 2. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests will also complete any required admissions forms and documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.



3. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or financial penalties, as stipulated by either the building management, the host or Naya Homes.
