This is a villa home from home! Tastefully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool. South facing, beautiful mountain views & is located only a 5 minute walk from Burriana Beach.

Entering the property you go up 6 steps which takes you up to the swimming pool area & terraces. Here you will find a large Árgentinian style BBQ, with a large wooden table that seats easily 8 people.

To the front of the property is the sun terrace with seating area overlooking the pool.

Ground Floor - Lounge/diner which has air conditioning and a log burner for those cold winter nights. There is a separate kitchen which is fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, over and hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc. On this same level you have a shower room, and 1 double bedroom with a king size bed and air conditioning and going through this bedroom, it takes you to a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds with a ceiling fan.

FIRST FLOOR - Main bedroom which is en-suite (bath with shower fitting) with a king size bed, air conditioning and its own balcony overlooking the pool. There is another double bedroom with air conditioning/heating which overlooks the top terrace.

At the top of the stairs is a door leading out to the terrace / solarium / ́chill out ́ area. Somewhere quiet to relax and sit watching the stars, sipping a sangria or typical Spanish Tinto Verano! If you want to be a bit more active, we now have a new Ping Pong table for you to enjoy a game with friends and family!

At the back of the house, you will find the washing machine and clothes line. This is an ideal villa for one large family to spend a relaxing holiday or 2 separate families that want to come on holiday together and share the expenses.
Burriana Beach is just a 10 min walk down hill (slightly longer coming back as its uphill). Here you will find an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops, cafeterias etc.

The town centre is approx. 20 mins walk, passing shops, restaurants etc. therefore, easy accessible for those not wanting to hire a car.UK TV - Netflix, Now TV & standard Spanish Channels

NOTE: Hairdryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Towels (not beach) and linen provided.

Bed Linen & Towels are provided.... you just need to bring your beach towels or can hire them from us.

All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping and taxi transfers.
