We had a great stay. Everything we needed
 the only thing I would say could make it a little better would be an earlier arrival time as well as a little later of a checkout time. Even if it were just an hour
 especially on the checkout time because guests are asked to do some laundry). Other than that it was nice and clean, the hot tub was amazing, and in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Place was super cozy. Inside was clean. Only problem was the half dying rat in the back we found by the back door. They are ever3. I get it. Pkease give a heads up if your baiting them, as we have dogs that could get into thst. The hot tub was not maintained, and my wife and i both received a rash from it. Easier to fix, i emailed the rental company about this. Just wanted a response, so i knew they cared and i would've rented from them again. No response

We really enjoyed our stay. We spent time at the lake near by and had a great beach day! My only suggestion would be to make emailed directions and posted directions congruent; we for a little confused about check out. Reached out to ask and got a very prompt answer. Thank you!!!

Cool coast

The cottage was well kept and very clean. It’s located just down the street from my in-laws place so we just walked to their place on the lake. The place had everything we needed and we would rent it again.

Cozy Cottage Stay

The house is very small and cute. At check in, I had to contact VRBO to get entry instructions because they had not been sent. The kitchen floor was found to be sticky and dirty, along with the mud room. The spa was supposed to be the highlight of the property but it was very green. Informed by local friend they are supposed to drain and clean after each rental which clearly hadn’t been done in “months” as he put it. Spider webs were everywhere indoors and surrounding the outside of the house. I spent sometime de-webbing the obvious spots especially around the deck, spa, and railing. Back porch looked a bit scary and there were kayaks but no way unlock and use them. Also a washer with no dryer and you are directed to strip all used items down and wash it before departure. So, a large cleaning fee for a place that wasn’t professionally cleaned at all prior to arrival and then expected to perform cleaning on exit.
