Located in the sought-after unspoiled village of Neo Chorio, this modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa, is just a short 4-minute drive to the beach and Latchi Harbour.
Open plan, bright and airy, Villa Arum is a spacious 2 story private Villa with stunning panoramic sea and mountain views, and a large outdoor space featuring a private pool and elevated poolside deck.
Living Area
The living area is spacious, with large patio doors opening to the swimming pool merging inside and out. There is a large flat-screen TV with a fantastic UKTV package to enjoy your home comforts and well as entertainment for the children. There are two sofas with seating for six and dedicated Wi-Fi Internet.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to a very high standard, appliances include; a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
There's dining for 6 people and an outdoor dining area also seating 6. The large kitchen patio doors can be opened to bridge the two dining areas.

Villa Arum sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Ground Floor, 2x single beds, and shared family bathroom
Bedroom 2: First floor, double bed.
Bedroom 3: First floor, double bed, with private en-suite bathroom.

The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and includes a 3 step ladder for easy exit and entry. The pool is surrounded by a large patio and decked area with 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols to enjoy the Cyprus sun or relax in the shade on the comfy outdoor sofa.
