Akamas Heights is a spectacular modern villa set over 3 storeys. Surround yourself in nature with uninterupted and unspoilt panoramic sea and mountain views. The immense 25m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by a vast decking area with multiple places to relax and unwind in the Cyprus sun.

A private oasis submerged in nature, but only a short 5-minute drive to Latchi Harbour close to all amenities, and a 10-minute walk to the 300-year village of Neo Chorio, home to local tavernas and the incredible Akamas Peninsula; a hiker's paradise.

There's a secluded BBQ area complete with mini-kitchen; perfect for an evening BBQ under the stars overlooking the fantastic settings of the villa. Living Area

The open-plan living room is bright and spacious, and hosts spectucular views of the Akamas Bay. Complete with a 'L' shaped sofa, flat screen TV and IPTV with UK & International Channels, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind from the warm Cyprus sun. With an adjoining dining area, there's a large dining table with seating for 6 people.

WIFI internet is included at no additional charge.

From the living room, through the large patio doors and quaint garden, are stairs leading up to the magical roof terrace. The perfect place to watch the sunset, and enjoy 360° unspoilt panoramic views of the Akamas and Medittereanean Sea. Kitchen

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for family catering. Finished to a high standard with Bosch appliances including; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, and breakfast bar.

At the end of this marvellous swimming pool, stop and admire the stunning backdrop or capture that perfect instagram worthy picture.

The vast deck area has multiple places to relax and unwind on sunloungers complete with umbrellas; perfect for sun-worshippers. There's also a comfortable sofa set making it the perfect retreat for an afternoon nap in the sun.
