From the main entrance, we go up 5 steps to an open plan space, with a living area and a marble staircase to the upper floor.

To the left, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with an intermediate decorative fireplace. Between the staircase and the kitchen, there is a guest WC.

The marble staircase leads to the upper level, which houses a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC and two twin bedrooms with private rear balconies, that share a family bathroom.

A second staircase leads to the top floor which consists of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC and doors that open to a terrace with table and chairs and unsurpassed sea and sunset views.

The private sunny pool, with sunloungers and sun umbrellas, is set in between lush gardens, it is surrounded by spacious terraces and it offers all the necessary amenities for sunbathing or relaxing away from it all. there is a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture to enjoy alfresco meals with family and friends, set among the countryside and the offered un obscured sea-views.
