âą Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests in-between periods of owner use. This allows you access to a superbly equipped home with the trade-off that some storage areas, including the garage, will not be available for guest use.
âą Guest capacity - while we can potentially sleep up to 6 here, the property is best suited for up to 4 guests. If you have more than 4 guests in your group and would like to book here please contact us first.
âą Children - This property has been furnished with sensitive light coloured natural material furnishings imported from overseas. For this reason we don't feel that this property is well suited for those with young children. If you're confident this won't be a concern for your family then we'll be happy to host you here.
âïž Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.
âą Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
âïž Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.
âą Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
