Nelson Central Town House
A new modern town house that is 5 -10 minutes walk from the CBD. Being very close to the city you will love the proximity to the city's restaurants, cafes, shops, museum, art galleries, movie theatre, and walkway along the Maitai river.
A modern 2-level town house located in the central suburb, The Wood.
The town house has three bedrooms, one of the bedrooms feature a Queen bed, wardrobe and desk. The other bedroom features a Super King bed, Walk-in wardrobe and bathroom and the other bedroom 2 king single beds.
The living space is an open place design with large sliding doors that open to an outside entertainment area.

You are able to contact us through the app or by text or phone.
Our neighbourhood is a central suburb being only a 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants.
If you wish to explore the city then you will not need a vehicle. If you wish to travel around the Nelson region I would recommend a rental car.
AIRBNB HOUSE RULES
1. GENERAL HOUSE RULES
CLEANLINESS: Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in a pile in the bathroom. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
SHOES OFF PLEASE: To ensure we keep the floor squeaky clean for our guestsâ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home.
AMENITIES: No household amenities are to be removed from the property.
ILLICIT ACTIVITIES: What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law⊠not so much one of our rules.
2. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 2pm, and check-out is by 10am.
There will be an electronic pin pad located next to the garage door. You will be sent the access code before check in.
Please lock house upon check-out and exit through the garage. Please leave key on kitchen bench before you go.
3. OCCUPANCY / VISITORS
We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We also understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know.
4. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
To be considerate of the other neighbours, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10pm. And if you want to listen to music or have a conversation outside, please think of the neighbours.
5. PARKING
You may use the garage, you are also allowed to park in the carport out the front of the garage or on the street.
If you have a large vehicle please consider it may not fit in to the garage and parking it in the carport would be better incase you damage the property with your car.
6. SECURITY / LEAVING HOUSE
To ensure full safety of our guestâs belongings and the household belongings, we require you to keep the front door locked and windows closed as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, we want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing weâre able to do to ensure that.
7. SMOKING
Being a home shared by many, we also have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke either out front or back).
8. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
We try and do our bit to reduce land fill and we would appreciate if you could sort your rubbish in to the appropriate bins. The bins are located next to the front property (11a Weka Street).
9. FUNCTIONS / GATHERINGS
Parties and gatherings of any kind are not allowed. Only guests approved by the host are allowed on the property.
10. COOKING / KITCHEN
In our kitchen we provide all the cookware you need to make breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. We ask that you use safe cooking methods and make sure the oven and induction elements are switched off straight after using them.
11. PETS
You are allow to have pets, maximum two. Please tell the owner what species and breed.
12. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do.
To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another.
