The ever-changing backdrop of ships and aircraft provides a dynamic yet peaceful atmosphere. Conveniently located between Nelson City and the Airport, with a bus stop just 100meters away, the property is also within easy reach of Tahunanui Beach, local cafes, restaurants, and shops.
This inviting two-storey home features three spacious bedrooms and ample living space. The well-equipped kitchen and pantry make meal preparation easy, while both decks provide picturesque views of the bay and garden. As you travel down Moana Ave, it turns into Bisley Ave. At the bottom of the hill are cafes, restaurants, fast food franchises and Tahunanui Beach and reserve. Walking to the beach is approximately 20 minutes and a walk into Nelson City takes about 35 minutes with cafes and shopping on the way. Supermarkets, chemists and the like are only minutes away. There are also wonderful walks with stunning vistas throughout the hills as well as bike trails for those so inclined.

As a result, you'll enjoy access to a superbly equipped home with the minor trade-off that you may see some personal items & that some spaces may be dedicated to the storage of owner belongings.
âą Stairs - This is a two-storey home with entry, living, kitchen, dining and powder room (half bathroom) on the upper floor and 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (including one ensuite) on the lower floor.**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), youâll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and youâll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, weâll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
